The standard cost for the weekend is $280. This includes accommodation and meals.
There are surcharges for bed linen hire, and discounts for LYCO members, people camping or staying off-site, and for non players. These variants show up on the Application Form as you fill it in. The figures on the Application Form act as a guide only. Please do not send any money until you have received an invoice.
Children and young adults under 18yrs are welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult who is attending the Workshop. There are no discounts for children.
Fees will need to be paid on receipt of the invoice.
Application Forms need to be submitted and fees paid in full by 12th May 2024 in order to secure your place.
It is possible that if there are too few applicants by 12th May the Workshop may not go ahead, or the repertoire may need to be changed to suit.
Therefore applications made after this date cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds:
Fees include a non-refundable $20 admin charge.
Before 12th May 2024: full refund minus the $20 admin charge.
After 12th May 2024: no refund.
In the event that there are not enough applicants by the 12th May LYCO may decide to cancel the Workshop, in which case a full refund will be given.
